globus-simple-ca software package provides Globus Toolkit - Simple CA Utility, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install globus-simple-ca
globus-simple-ca is installed in your system.
Make ensure the globus-simple-ca package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep globus-simple-ca *
You will get with globus-simple-ca package name, version, architecture and description in a table
